Titled “Smart Company”, the fair is somewhat of a successor to the famous Entreprendre-Ondernemen fair. The overall goal of Smart Company is to help SME’s reinvent their business models, expand their professional network and gain new skills of innovation. At Smart Company, those SME’s will be introduced to new products, showed ways to reach customers effectively and provided with best practices on how to successfully upskill.

PITCHING SESSIONS FOR STARTUPS

Did you already register your startup at the Smart Company fair that will take place @Digital First on November 25th & 26th?

Would you like to have a pitching session in front of potential investors?

Within the framework of the Digital First fair and the Mybusinesspass program of the Brussels-Capital Region managed by hub.brussels, an investment forum focusing on digital companies will be organised on the 25th and 26th November 2020.

During this event, a dozen or so companies raising funds will successively present their projects to a panel of investors. It should be noted that in view of the current sanitary circumstances, this event will take place online.

WHO CAN PARTICIPATE?
Companies wishing to participate in this investment forum must be incorporated as a Société Anonyme (SA) or a Société à Responsabilité Limitée (SRL/SPRL).

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA?
- To be active in the digital field.
- Have a financing requirement (venture capital/debt) between €100K and €2.5M.

HOW TO REGISTER?
Send an email to forumdigital@hub.brussels. You will then receive a link containing a form to fill in. Below is the list of documents to be attached to the form:
- A slide deck (PowerPoint presentation);
- A financial plan;
- An executive summary;
Please note that only applications accompanied by all documents will be considered.

SELECTION OF COMPANIES?
Companies will be selected on the basis of the above-mentioned elements by a committee composed of hub.brussels financing advisors.
Please note that the number of places available is limited to 10.
